General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 09bad (hereinafter referred to as "09bad", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the 09bad website at 09bad.vip, creating a player account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise using any service offered by 09bad, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

09bad reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 09bad will endeavour to notify active players via their registered contact information. Your continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the 09bad platform and close your account by contacting support at [email protected].

Definitions

• "Account" means the personal player account opened with 09bad following successful registration.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your 09bad account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit bonuses credited to your account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot title, live dealer table game, sports betting market, or other wagering activity made available through the 09bad platform.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed using your account balance on any game available on the 09bad platform.
• "Mobile Financial Service" or "MFS" means local Bangladeshi payment platforms including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

The 09bad platform is strictly for use by individuals who are aged 18 years or older. By creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Players under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or accessing any game or service on 09bad.

09bad reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time during the account lifecycle — including at the point of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or following any suspicious account activity that may indicate underage use. Acceptable documentation for age verification may include a government-issued National ID Card, passport, or birth certificate.

Where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, 09bad will suspend the relevant account and withhold any associated balance pending the outcome of the verification process. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be permanently closed. All deposits associated with underage accounts will be returned to the original payment source, net of any winnings generated, which will be forfeited.

In addition to the age requirement, to be eligible to hold a 09bad account you must:

• Be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted).
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Not be acting on behalf of any third party when depositing or wagering.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a current employee or contractor of 09bad or any of its affiliated technology or payment partners.

Account Registration

To access the full range of 09bad services, including real-money wagering and withdrawal of funds, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. All information submitted during registration must be truthful. Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

Each player is entitled to hold exactly one account on the 09bad platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 09bad reserves the right to merge or close all but one account, void any wagers placed from duplicate accounts, and forfeit any associated bonus funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 09bad login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 09bad will never ask for your password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.

In the event that you suspect your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 09bad immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. 09bad will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your login information.

One Account Per Player

09bad enforces a strict one-account-per-player policy, verified by mobile number. Attempting to circumvent this policy — including by using family members' details, synthetic identities, or virtual mobile numbers — constitutes fraud and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

Deposits & Withdrawals

09bad supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) exclusively. All account balances, wager amounts, winnings, and bonus values are denominated in BDT. The platform does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

Supported Payment Methods

09bad currently supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuing bank approval)

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for Mobile Financial Service transactions (bKash and Nagad). Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers and card payments are set out in the platform cashier interface at the time of transaction. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 09bad account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 60 minutes to process during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours.

09bad does not charge players a fee for making deposits. However, your Mobile Financial Service provider or bank may impose its own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility. 09bad is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for Mobile Financial Service transactions. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the player's most recent deposit, to prevent money laundering and ensure payment traceability. 09bad does not permit withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the same account.

Standard withdrawal processing time is one to three business hours for bKash and Nagad, and four to eight business hours for bank transfers, measured in Bangladesh Standard Time. 09bad reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended where account verification is outstanding.

09bad reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on individual accounts, including daily, weekly, and monthly maximums, which are communicated in the platform cashier interface. These limits may be adjusted at 09bad's discretion based on account activity, verification status, and responsible gaming considerations.

Bonuses & Promotions

09bad offers a range of promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket tournaments, and national holidays including Bangladesh Independence Day (March 26) and Victory Day (December 16). All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered, and to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a 09bad account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's specific terms. Where no specific multiplier is stated, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will expire automatically and will be removed from the account balance without replacement.

Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager staked towards the wagering requirement. Live casino table games, including baccarat and roulette, typically contribute at a reduced rate. Sports betting wagers contribute subject to minimum odds requirements stated in the specific promotion terms. Players should consult the applicable promotion page for the full contribution schedule before beginning to wager bonus funds.

Bonus Abuse

09bad employs automated and manual monitoring to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk offsetting bets across games to artificially meet wagering requirements; using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, 09bad reserves the right to void all associated wagers, forfeit all bonus funds and winnings derived from those funds, and permanently close the relevant account.

User Obligations

As a registered player on the 09bad platform, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal recreational entertainment purposes. You agree that you will not use 09bad for any commercial purpose, including operating a business that accepts wagers from third parties using your 09bad account.

You agree that all funds deposited to your 09bad account are your own legitimate personal funds and are not derived from any unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering, tax evasion, fraud, or the proceeds of crime. 09bad complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities where required.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 09bad platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent closure:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the 09bad platform in a manner not consistent with human recreational play.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or platform vulnerability to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained via exploitation of a known or suspected error are void and will be recovered from the account balance.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or financing of unlawful activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any 09bad employee, customer service representative, or fellow player via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with any 09bad software or technology infrastructure.

Your Responsibility for Local Law Compliance

Online gambling laws vary between jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 09bad platform is lawful under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you are accessing the platform. 09bad does not provide legal advice and makes no representation as to the lawfulness of online gambling in any particular location. If you are unsure whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction, you should seek independent legal advice before using the 09bad platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

09bad reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account has been used for any prohibited conduct as described in the User Obligations section above.
• Verification of age, identity, or payment method has not been completed satisfactorily within the timeframe requested.
• Unusual or suspicious account activity has been detected, including patterns consistent with bonus abuse, money laundering, or coordinated fraud.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools available in the account dashboard.
• Continued operation of the account would expose 09bad to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the associated balance will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance released. Where a breach is confirmed, 09bad reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance in accordance with these Terms.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their 09bad account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected] from their registered email address or by using the self-exclusion tools available in the account dashboard. Prior to closure, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal manner. Bonus funds remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited unless wagering requirements have already been met in full.

Responsible Gaming
